We start the project by preparing a list of objects and inspecting the place that will be used to create modular 3D assets. Then a work plan and schedule are created to quickly and efficiently complete the required tasks.
We start the project by preparing a list of objects and inspecting the place that will be used to create modular 3D assets. Then a work plan and schedule are created to quickly and efficiently complete the required tasks.
Before starting the photogrammetric scanning stage, we prepare location, objects and we make the necessary measurements. We place great emphasis on working in optimal lighting conditions using professional photographic equipment and a drone. All these actions allow us to achieve high-quality source material, which has a significant impact on the final product.
The next stage takes place stationary in our office. We begin the early processing of the source material. Using the Adobe suite and programs such as Lightroom or Photoshop, we select the acquired material and make any necessary corrections.
The material prepared in this way will be used to generate a mesh and textures in photogrammetry software Reality Capture. Then the raw model is initially cleaned of imperfections and optimized.
The most time-consuming and multi-stage work takes place in Blender. The model is subjected to various modifications, such as slicing into fragments, adding missing parts of the mesh and textures, precise cleaning and optimization. Already at this stage, the created resources are checked for modularity so that the appropriate parts fit together.
The final stage in the process of creating a photorealistic 3D model is to create all the necessary PBR materials and optimize them in Blender and Marmoset Toolbag.
We place our finished models in the most popular game engines like Unity 3D and Unreal Engine. Then, each model has PBR materials configured and is checked whether it behaves correctly. This makes our models ready to use in your application without any issues, regardless of the application.
Finally, a render is prepared and the 3D model is sent to the stores such as Unreal Marketplace, Unity Asset Store, Sketchfab and CGTrader or sent directly to our business customers.
